We currently ship to all states within the United States including Alaska & Hawaii.

We can cancel an order only if it hasn’t shipped yet. Email hi@groovewithwave.com as soon as you place your order and we’ll do our best to catch it.

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Once shipped, most customers in the U.S. receive their package in 1 to 4 business days, depending on location. We ship discreetly via USPS Priority Mail and will send tracking information as soon as your order goes out.

Please note: orders are processed Monday – Friday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and prepared for delivery on Monday.

Store your Wave products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or heat — a cabinet or drawer is perfect. Avoid leaving the package in hot cars or windowsills for long periods. For the best experience, enjoy within 6 months of purchase.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email hi@groovewithwave.com within 3 days of delivery with your order information and photos. We’ll review it and, if approved, send a replacement for free.
